Recently, IRCC has announced to Open 23 VACs Visa application centers to start limited working around the world.
It means now citizens or residents will now be able to give Bio-Metrics and can submit their visa application to VACs in these countries. which includes visit visa, work permit, study visa and permanent residence visa.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizen Canada IRCC said that they will take all precautionary measures for their staffs regarding health and safety. They will provide all necessary things like Face masks, Hand Sanitizers etc.
Moreover, IRCC announced that candidates must demonstrate the purpose of travel to Canada, only valid and essential travelers will be permitted to enter in Canada.
All candidates must have to stay in Quarantine for minimum of 14 days from the day of arrival. Immigraion officer will confirm again the purpose of travel in Canada.
Those countries where VACs are not open yet, candidates may give bio-metrics upon arrival in Canada.
Temporary Resident Permits and eTAs are issuing to the immediate family members of Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada.

- Parents or Step-Parents
- Grand Parents
- Children
- Guardian
